Refund Policy

for using our application

  1. Right of withdrawal
  2. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last service.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (All Software 24 L.L.C-FZ, e-mail: info@netiptv.eu) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract, or via the refund request form on this page with your MAC/App ID and Stripe transaction ID.

    To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have returned the service within the period defined below. Subsequently, the MAC address of the device will be deleted from our system. Thus, the use of the media player will be removed.

  3. Consequences of the revocation
  4. If you revoke this contract, we have to refund all payments we have received from you and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

    You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

    Refunds for payments made via Stripe are returned to your original payment method at no additional cost.

  5. Stripe Payments & Refund Processing
  6. All payments on our platform are processed securely through Stripe. To request a refund within the 14-day withdrawal period, please use the refund request form at the top of this page or contact us at info@netiptv.eu with your MAC/App ID and Stripe transaction ID.

    Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (the same credit or debit card used for the purchase) through Stripe. Once the refund has been initiated, the refunded amount typically appears on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

    You will be notified by e-mail as soon as the refund process has been initiated. Please verify the refunded amount on your card statement within 14 days.

    If you believe a payment is incorrect or you require a refund, please submit a refund request through this page first. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without contacting us may delay or prevent the resolution and is not necessary, as eligible refunds are processed automatically within the 14-day withdrawal period.
